1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including any used skincare products. Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
